With Isabel Burdiel as guest speaker
Next Thursday 25 May, at 20:30 CEST, Isabel Burdiel will speak on ‘Una sonrisa isabelina’ at the Enfoques talk series of the Fundación Amigos del Museo del Prado. The conference will be held at the Museo Nacional del Prado. It will explore Federico de Madrazo y Kuntz’s portrait of Amalia de Llano y Dotres, Countess of Vilches (1853), offering an in-depth look at this renowned artwork, while paying attention to its historical, cultural, social and political context.
