Next Thursday 9 November, at 10:30 a.m. (CET), Mónica Bolufer Peruga will deliver her lecture “Lenguajes de la sensibilidad: amor, amistad, política y libros en un epistolario transnacional y transatlántico del siglo XVIII” as part of the advanced seminar “Género y autoridad en el seno de la familia (siglos XVI-XIX)”, organised by the University of La Laguna. Judit Gutiérrez de Armas, Assistant Professor of Early Modern History at the University of La Laguna, is the academic director of the seminar, which is coordinated by Sara Barrios Díaz, PhD candidate at the same university. The seminar will be held on the mornings of 9 and 10 November in the Elías Serra Ràfols Hall, Geography and History Building of the Faculty of Humanities of the University of La Laguna (Plaza del Rector D.
